RPL changes the equation. Recognition of Prior Learning is a government-backed admission pathway under PMKVY (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana). It recognises field experience as the equivalent of a formal qualification for admission purposes.
If you are an Indian national aged 18 to 45 with real experience in industrial safety, EHS, industrial security, facility security, or a related field, you may qualify for AVDISSM admission without a Bachelor's degree. Over 47 lakh professionals across India have been RPL-certified so far.
The IFEM admissions team, running on IFE's institutional backbone, handles the full RPL process for you: counselling, orientation, assessment, and enrolment. Your years on the job become your entry credential.
The programme is written for people who have been doing the work, not people learning it for the first time. Every module assumes field literacy and pushes you into structured practice: audit methodology, legal framing under the Factories Act and PSARA 2005, security incident documentation, access control and loss prevention systems, corrective action loops. Structured delivery means you complete it around your shift pattern, not against it.
