Founder's distinction
In fire safety education since 1996. Founded IFE in 2001 - the first unaided government-recognised fire safety institute in the country, under DTE and MSBTE, Government of Maharashtra. Now leads both IFE and IFEM.

Fire safety consultancy for Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Bhopal Municipal Corporation, HSIIDC Panchkula, PWD Chhattisgarh. Curriculum development at Mahatma Gandhi University Nagaland.
Formula 1 Indian Grand Prix, 2012-2014
Served as Head Fire Marshal across all three editions. Coordinated 250 IFE-trained fire marshals at FIA international standards. Certified International Race (Fire) Marshal.
Government recognition
Represented the institution at C-20 under G20 (KITS Bhubaneswar). Recognised by the Central Board of Direct Taxes, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Government award for distinguished COVID-19 service from the Government of Bihar.

Ph.D. from VNIT Nagpur (Architecture and Planning). Doctoral research: Fire Service in Urban Areas. M.Tech. in Urban Planning, VNIT. B.Arch. from Nagpur University. MBA and PGD in Fire Safety and Hazard Management. GATE 2018 qualified with 87.24 percentile.
Published research
Three research publications indexed in SCIE and Scopus international journals, covering urban fire safety, fire risk assessment, and emergency fire service. When you study NBC 2016 Part 4 in an IFEM classroom, you are studying it from her case files.

Regulatory involvement
